Answers to common questions about Mamba Panel billing, subscriptions, and account management.

Mamba Panel offers three subscription tiers:

All plans include unlimited staff accounts, full feature access, and regular updates.

No. Unlike WHMCS and similar platforms, Mamba Panel uses flat-rate pricing. You pay a predictable monthly fee regardless of how many customers you serve.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.

We accept:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • PayPal
  • ACH bank transfers (Enterprise plans, annual billing)
  • Monthly subscriptions bill on your signup anniversary date.
  • Annual subscriptions bill upfront with a discount.
  • Invoices are emailed and available in your dashboard under Settings → Billing.

Enterprise customers can request:

  • Consolidated invoices
  • PO-based billing
  • Custom payment terms

What payment gateways can my customers use?

Mamba Panel integrates with:

  • PayPal — Standard and subscription payments
  • Stripe — Cards, SEPA, and additional methods based on region

Configure both under Settings → Billing → Payment Gateways.

How do subscriptions work for my customers?

  • Customers select plans and enter payment details during checkout.
  • Mamba Panel handles recurring billing automatically.
  • Failed payments trigger configurable dunning sequences.
  • Customers can manage subscriptions from their portal.

Yes. Create promo codes under Marketing → Promo Codes:

  • Percentage or fixed amount discounts
  • First-month or recurring discounts
  • Expiration dates and usage limits
  • Specific product restrictions

Customers can add credits to their account:

  • Manual top-up via payment gateway
  • Admin-applied credits for goodwill or promotions
  • Referral rewards (if enabled)

Credits apply automatically to invoices before charging payment methods.

What’s the refund policy for Mamba Panel subscriptions?

  • Monthly plans: 14-day refund window for new subscriptions.
  • Annual plans: 30-day refund window, prorated after 30 days.
  • Contact billing@mambapanel.io to request a refund.

Process refunds from the customer’s invoice page:

  1. Navigate to Customers → [Customer] → Invoices.
  2. Select the invoice and click Refund.
  3. Choose full or partial refund.
  4. Refund processes through the original payment method.

Configurable options include:

  • Immediate service termination
  • End-of-billing-cycle termination
  • Grace period before deletion
  • Data retention policy (configurable per product)

View and download invoices at Settings → Billing → Invoices.

The dashboard provides:

  • Revenue overview: MRR, ARR, and growth trends
  • Payment reports: Successful, failed, and pending transactions
  • Customer reports: New signups, churn, lifetime value
  • Product reports: Revenue by product type

Export reports as CSV for accounting software.

Mamba Panel collects tax information based on customer location:

  • Configure tax rates under Settings → Billing → Taxes.
  • Automatic tax calculation for supported regions.
  • Tax reports for compliance and filing.

For complex tax scenarios, integrate with services like TaxJar or consult your accountant.

  1. Go to Settings → Team → Invite Member.
  2. Enter email and assign a role.
  3. Team member receives an invitation to create their account.
